CENTURY 21 Mountain Lifestyles Inc. has been in business since October 01 2018.

What has been your greatest success?

Opening a Boutique Real Estate brokerage in Downtown Fernie that is “small but mighty” has been a great success! We have created a warm, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere where both our REALTORS® and clients feel comfortable and welcome.

Why run a business in Fernie?

Running a business anywhere is rewarding. Being an entrepreneur definitely has its challenges; however, you have so much more control over your destiny. I always say, “You can decide where you want your business to go or just go along for the ride while someone else sets the direction!” In Fernie it is very rewarding because it is such a close knit community. You really get to know your clients and fellow business owners. In the bigger city centers businesses seem to get “lost in the crowd”.
