The Fernie Chamber of Commerce is a membership driven organization with many opportunities for members to get involved and direct the organization’s actions.

Board of Directors
Twelve directors oversee the vision and mission of the Chamber. Elections occur each year in April at the Annual General Meeting. 

Ambassador Task Force
Design, implement, evaluate, and improve the Fernie Ambassador Program. 

Membership Committee
Committee is to identify and develop programs and initiatives that benefit the Chamber mission and strengthen commerce in Fernie. 

Griz Days Planning Committee
Be part of the Fernie Griz Days winter festival. The committee helps find volunteers and sponsors for events, outlines the schedule, recommends marketing strategies, and supports day of events. This committee meets monthly, or more if needed, between September and March. 

Awards Committee
Assist in planning and execution of the Community & Business Excellence Awards. Committee meets from April to October.
